CNN Dumps Michael Moore For Paris Hilton

I think this is why people go to blogs for there news… when did “the news” become tabloid? Yes, Paris Hilton is a news story. Yes, I agree there are many people who want to know how she will address what happened. And yes, I believe the real story STILL IS more about how people with the same crime she commented are treated across the nation (and across different races, creeds and social status… yes that is the real story here, not Paris Hilton).

Nevertheless… while we don’t have a in depth story on how people across this land called America are treated with a similar crime, what we do get is a interview many would like to hear and could be considered as big news. I understand that it is big news… but how do you DUMP a show that should stir up the debate on national health care that truly effects all of us with a story that doesn’t effect our everyday lives in the slightest.

This was a featured top 10 link on the front page of Digg. it got 200+ votes and over 400 comments (so you know people really had something to say on this one).
